selawat dan salam ke atas junjungan besar Muhammad s.a.w...
hari nih, sesudah subuh, isi rumah aku kat kampung dah besiap sedia utk keluar berarak sempena sambutan hari keputeraan nabi kat kampung aku. adik aku awai2 lg dah siap bebaju melayu n besamping, mcm nak raya pun ada...
syukur sgt2 sbb aku lahir dlm famili yg concern pasai benda2 camni. at least dpt memupuk smgt cintakan Rasul sekaligus cinta Islam. dunia skrg nih byk dugaan n cabaran, pegangan agama jalah yg bleh jd benteng utk elak benda2 yg tak baik. as a mother, aku taknak la anak2 aku terjebak dgn budaya yg tak sehat, nauzubillah... risau hoo.. dulu sblm jadi mak tak rasa pun, dah ada anak, perasaan tu mai sendiri..
alhamdulillah, aku dpt bwk kiki join this event. actually sambutan nih ada tiap2 tahun kat kampung aku nih. its a great exposure utk latih n didik anak-anak supaya dekat dgn majlis keagamaan. semoga ia akan terus berkekalan demi kebaikan anak-anak pada masa depan.
here some of da piccas yg sempat aku snap ngn henfon =)

* HAPPY 2nd BIRTHDAY MY SWEET KIKI *
Sat ja masa berlalu n today kiki celebrating his 2nd besdey already... tp majlis blum buat lg cos babah kiki outstation kat KL, khamis nih baru balik.. so insyaAllah aku nak wat majlih on jumaat nih.. tu pun baru dalam cadangan cos kalu babah dia tak sempat nak siap keja, so kena la pospon...
still fresh in my memory, last 2 years waktu aku nak bersalin kat kiki. location HUKM, Cheras. aku checked in on Jan 31, 2008 at 12 noon sbb leaking air ketuban. time tu mmg tak sakit lgsg coz expected due aku lagi 3 minggu. aku pi spital sehelai sepinggang n tak dijangka kena tahan! and doc ckp esoknya on Feb 1, 2008 nak kena induce sbb takut baby kena infection.. ayaks tegezut aku, nak kena bsalain dah ka? hihi.. terus hasben aku bergegas balik ke umah kat wangsa maju, amik suma beg yg aku dah packing sehari dua sblm tu. nasib baik dah packing....
esoknya, on Feb 1 (actually, ari nih besdey mak aku, so kiki nya besdey selang shari ja ngn tok dia ) , kul 8 am, doc induce aku... tp tak gak sakit sampai 12 noon, ketuban pecah.. at 3 pm baru masuk labor room. hasben teman smpai dalam la.. smpai lewat ptg tak gak sakit and doc ckp " kalu tak sakit camna nak bersalin nih? jalan tak tebuka".. alahai dugaan.. sampai la mlm tu aku dok tunggu, pas magrib gitu baru start ada mild contraction, then dlm kul 9pm baru sakit tak tahan2.. fuh! dasat... hihi
aku start push hampir kul 12 midnight and finally at 0028, aku slamat melahirkan kiki. tu pun terpaksa vacum cos aku dah teramat letih sbb dok lama sgt dlm labor room. aku ingat lg, time dok push tu, sakit hooo, aku reja marah ja kat hasben yg dok tunggu kat ujung kpala (laki aku takut darah kot, doc suruh tgk kpala baby dah kuaq pun tanak, dok dia ja ujung pala aku.. haha).
elok kuaq ja baby, alhamdulillah suma sakit hilang. time tu aku tgk mata kiki terbuntang dok tgk aku and doc ckp "see your baby dok tgk u, pandai btoi dia..." alhamdulillah, syukur tak terhingga sbb dapat baby yg sihat dan sempurna.
and, for the 2nd time, insyaAllah aku akan tempuhi lg detik2 kelahiran. my second gem, dlm bulan Mei nih. praying for the best and harap Allah permudahkan dan kuatkan semangat aku utk melahirkan secara normal. semoga baby yg bakal dilahirkan sihat dan sempurna spt my 1st gem, aminnn :)

74-Year Old Globe-Trotter Trades Life Of Extravagance To Cycle And Sleep On Roadsides
By Shuhaida Mohd Said
ALOR SETAR, Jan 13 (Bernama) -- On the eve of the new millennium and on his 66th birthday, Mohamed Ali Janusz River, born in Poland to a Russian father but who grew up and made a fortune as an International sports manager representing various football teams in Italy, had a sudden change of heart - thus he is today a globe-trotter on a bicycle.
Janusz River who arrived here after passing through Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor and Perak from Singapore, headed to Langkawi today enroute to a ferry ride to Satun, Thailand before cycling to provinces in Southern Thailand, Kelantan and Pahang before flying off to Sabah and Sarawak.
The former sports manager said he was in Singapore before deciding to cycle to Johor and other states in Malaysia.
"I don't do this for money or publicity. I don't have any sponsors and do this only for fun. I only spend about RM6.50 each day and it is more than sufficient because sometimes I don't use money at all," he told Bernama here Wednesday.
Janusz River said during his travel in Malaysia, he was indeed blessed as he had received assistance from district offices and local village heads throughout the country.
He added that he enjoyed seeing the world on pedals, especially using the back roads to traverse plantations and villages so that he could interact with the locals.
"I don't like to be in busy towns. I like village people. I have never seen such beautiful people like Malay villagers. The women and children wear very colorful traditional garments.
"While traversing villages, locals provide me good hospitality, they give me food and invite me to kenduris which I really like to participate," he said.
Also known as Mohamed Ali, he regarded Malaysia as one of the richest and safest countries he had visited and sovoured the opportunity to mingle with Malaysians, especially village folks.
"This is my first trip to Malaysia and I really enjoyed it," he said.
The globe-trotter claims to have travelled to 115 countries and aims to finish his incredible journey at the Rio de Janeiro Olympics in 2016.
"God willing, I will be 80 at that time and for now, to stay fit, I drink five litres of water each day, having heavy lunch and I eat a kilogram of mix fruits every day and cycle some 30km a day with luggage weighing 30kg," he said.
He added that for the past nine years, he spent the nights on roadsides, although he could afford to stay in hotels or rest houses.
"I have a sleeping bag and mosquito net and it's enough for me. I like sleeping in the open air and sometimes I slept in empty buildings or suraus," the 74-year-old biker said.
His journey had in fact started on the eve of his birthday, when he was sitting at home in Rome, eating spaghetti, drinking wine, the Italian way, and was thinking what he was going to do with his life as an old man, without a family, lots of money and tired of the luxurious lifestyle.
Thus, he decided to see the world on a bicycle, though already a senior citizen and has not looked back or regretted his decision, since.
The very next day, Janusz River bought a cheap bicycle, took the ferry boat to Barcelona, Spain and started exploring the world.
"I was not a poor man. I have enough money to sustain my life style for a hundred years," he had told Egypt's Al-Ahram Weekly he arrived in the country two years ago.
A non-believer when he was young, he read the Al-Quran in Russian and became fascinated by Islam and in 1973 he formally converted at Al-Azhar Islamic Institute and was given the name Mohamed Ali.

hi-tea wit remy n maya :)
ngarut apa tatau! dats all, tata :D

the real rain man dies at 58
Kim Peek, the savant who inspired Rain Man, dies at the age of 58
By Mail Foreign Service
www.dailymail.co.uk/news
The man who inspired the title character in the Oscar-winning movie Rain Man has died. Kim Peek was 58. His father, Fran, says Peek had a major heart attack on Saturday morning and was pronounced dead at a hospital in the Salt Lake City suburb of Murray.
Peek was a savant with a remarkable memory and inspired writer Barry Morrow when he wrote Rain Man, the 1988 movie that won four Academy Awards and took £100million at the box office.
Fran Peek said his son met Morrow at a convention in the early 1980s and the writer was taken with Peek's knack for retaining everything he heard.
Morrow wrote the script, and the movie went on to win Oscars for best film and best actor for Dustin Hoffman, whose repetitive rants about being an excellent driver and the TV show People's Court were a hit with moviegoers.
Although the character was technically fictional, Fran Peek said his son was every bit as amazing as Hoffman's portrayal of him.
And Kim's true character showed when he toured the world, helping dispel misconceptions about mental disabilities. 'It was just unbelievable, all the things that he knew. He travelled 5,500 miles short of three million air miles and talked to 60million people.' Fran said.
After his birth in 1951, Peek's parents were advised to place him in an institution for the mentally disabled. They refused and he was brought up alongside his brother and sister in Utah.
In his later years, Peek was classified as a 'mega-savant' who was a genius in about 15 different subjects, from history and literature and geography to numbers, sports, music and dates. But his motor skills were limited; he couldn't perform simple tasks such as dressing himself.
National Public Radio's Howard Berkes reported for the American broadcaster from Salt Lake City about the 58-year-old. He said: 'Peek had severe mental handicaps but reportedly remembered everything he read and heard. He had difficulty with simple things like turning on lights or dressing himself, but his memory was legendary.
'Give him a date and he'd describe its events. Name a place and he'd name the zip code. Rain Man made Peek so famous he travelled the globe, displaying his talents as the real "Rain Man",' he added.

the words
May you be blessed
with all things good.
May your victories be more abundant
than all the grains of sand
on all the beaches
on all the oceans
in all the world.
May every pathway you choose
lead to that which is pure and good and lovely.
May every doubt and fear
be replaced by a deep abiding trust
as you behold evidence of a Higher Power
all around you.
May you always be aware you are loved beyond measure
and may you be willing to love unconditionally in return.
May you always feel protected and cradled
in the arms of God,
like the cherished child you are.
And when you are tempted to judge
may you be reminded that we are all ONE
and that every thought you think
reverberates across the universe,
touching everyone and everything.
And when you are tempted to hold back,
may you remember that love flows best when
it flows freely
and it is in giving that we receive
the greatest gift.
May you always have music and laughter
and may a rainbow follow every storm
May gladness wash away every disappointment
may joy dissolve every sorrow
and my love ease every pain.
May every wound bring wisdom
and every trial bring triumph
and with each passing day
may you live more abundantly than the day before.
May you be blessed
And may others be blessed by you.
This is my heartfelt wish for you.
May you be blessed :)

tersentuh...
sayu sungguh, awai2 pg tadi, waktu aku buka fb, aku view la profile kawan aku mas kat high school, tertarik dgn pix sorg baby girl yg cute sangat, aku pun view la gambaq dia tu...
pastu ayaq mata teruih bertakung bila aku baca komen kat bawah pix tu:
"UTK TATAPAN SAHABAT2 SEKALIAN....INI LAH BABY ZARA ALISYA, PUTERI KESAYANGAN ARWAH AFIDA ARIEF @ FID.......(AIRMATA TAK HENTI JATUH BILA MENATAP WAJAH BABY COMEL NI)
